Vegetables that may fight cancer

--Cruciferous vegetables such as cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, kale, Bok Cho,Napa cabbage, collard greens, mustard greens, turnips and radishes;

--The Liliaceae family including garlic, onions, leeks, chives, shallots and asparagus;

--Solanaceae family includes eggplants, peppers (not spicy ones), tomatoes and potatoes;

--Cucurbitaceae and Zingiberaceae family such as pumpkin, bitter melon, cucumber, ginger, galangal, turmeric (the main spice in curry);

--Compositae and Umbelliferae family: burdock, lettuce, asparagus lettuce, cichorium endivia,carrots, cilantro, fennel, celery, hairy agrimony, stringy stonecrop, Houttuynia Cordata (Eoseongcho), perilla. The last four are used as Chinese herbs.
